Hereinafter “Service Provider” refers to EHV Consultants, LLC DBA Structure My Streams
Hereinafter “Client” referred to owner of business whom EHV Consultants, LLC provided consultation
1. Terms
This agreement is made between Coach, Erica Hood-Vincent, and Coachee, you. If 1-on-1 sessions are selected.
Coaching Sessions [This is a paid consult]
1 45 mins Structure My Streams Strategy Session.
Terms
This agreement will begin upon acceptance, and will continue through the session.
The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching and business strategies, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not therapy or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.
The client and coach agree to provide each other with a 48-hour notice in the event either wishes to cancel further services.
2. Confidentiality
The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential.
3. Coaching Relationship
Throughout the session, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversation. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief and take action to disengage the session.
4. Declaration
I understand that I am working with Erica Hood-Vincent to receive strategy in one of the three (3) areas; process & system alignment, and/or revenue generating techniques, and/or real estate investment consults at the agreed fee. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.
5. Scheduling
You must arrive on-time. There will be a grace period of 5 mins. If a client arrives outside of the grace period, the consultation will be canceled without refund.
To reschedule no-show appointments will require a $75 upfront payment
6. Deliverable
Client will receive a digit recorded file of the session as well as a post consultation report with further notes, resources, and session recap as applicable.
